Circle’ is Norm's new mission to tackle a problem that all brands currently have: the end life of our products. Whilst we can create the most sustainable sneakers, use recycled and recyclable components, the question still remains: what can we do with worn sneakers?

We want to start the first stage of this ambitious project by creating a collection system: we recuperate your old Norms and then recycle them. If your sneakers are in decent condition, we'll clean and repair them and give them to a non-profit organisation. If they are just good for recycling, we'll ship your pair to our outsoles supplier, Bolflex. They will be able to give a new life to your sneakers by shredding and transforming them into a material that we can incorporate in our new outsoles.
