Our T-shirts are developed from the beginning to reduce their impact to the maximum. From the first drawing to the delivery, everything is taken into account.

We use a high quality jersey, made in Portugal from 50% recylced cotton and 50% organic cotton. Our labels and ribbons are made from 100% recycled polyester, and the prints are screen printed with a water based ink.

But we don't stop there. We use the same principles for every components and processes we use, making sure we have the best quality, produced ethically with the lowest impact.

    we use a high quality, 225g/sqm jersey fabric, weaved in Portugal by Lurdes Sampaio from 50% recycled and 50% Organic Cotton.

    Our labels and ribbons are handcrafted in Portugal by Etilabel from 100% Recycled Polyester fibers. They use high precision weaving techniques to create premium quality products.

  • SEAMAN PAPER - VELA BAGS

    Our environmental consideration goes beyond our products. We chose to replace the commonly used plastic poly-bags to protect garnments by a paper version. The vela bags are produced by Seaman paper in Germany

HOW WE CALCULATE

Based on existing studies, we evaluate the impact of every single components and raw materials we use. We add to that the traveling distance that each one of them have to do until the final products are delivered to our warehouse. Finally we taken into account the production and a factor for the end of life of our products.

We don't have a solution yet to give a second, third or fourth life to our products but we're working on it and it will come in the near future.

CLIMATE POSITIVE

The impact for one T-shirt is only 3 kg (Short Sleeve) - 4kg (Long Sleeve) of CO2 equivalent. But the emissions of our T-shirts are compensated by planting one tree for each item, which means they are in reality negative (one tree compensate 100kg of CO2 eq. during it's lifetime)
